Refund policy

At Dripman, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return or replacement as per the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
  • A clear unboxing video is recommended in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

2. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

3. Size & Product Returns

If you have received the correct product but need a different size, an exchange may be available, subject to stock availability.

Any applicable return or exchange shipping charges may be deducted or charged separately.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been washed or used
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Products altered or modified after delivery
  • Items returned after the applicable return period

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the return meets our eligibility requirements.

For prepaid orders, refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be processed through an appropriate online payment method after the required details are provided.

Refund processing and bank/payment-provider timelines may vary.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Return Approval

All return and refund requests are subject to verification. Dripman reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
